The piece I believe were much seen and I believe will be much trendy next Fall/Winter will be very masculin vintage hats, such as the Homburg of the 1920′s and the fedoras of the 60′s. Preferably in black, dark browns or greys. It was all over the MFW runway.

The Homburg seen at Dinh Ba

The fedora seen at Marie Saint Pierre

The bolero seen at Barilà

What’s better than one of something?

Another piece I saw more than once on different collection were the two-toned trousers. Not only is it a nice complement to any wardrobe, but takes the drab out of our regular monotoned ones. Always well combined with a monotoned top so the color blocking of the pants truly come out… Love it!

Seen at Telio show - design by Charles Mazza of Lasalle Collège (Montreal)

And here at Melissa Nepton

We were happy to have gone to these show and share our experience with you. Though these styles can be inspirations, and may inspire a wave of what-to-wear, but I the end of the day, it all comes down to what YOU want to wear. Be genuine… fashion is ephemeral and style eternal… If you exude confidence, your style will shine.

Live. Laugh. Love. Be. You.
