Have a ‘euro’ style experience this summer!!! |

This week I wanted to share with you a small place that I love to go to when I want a nice quick meal. I have to say that I am not a fan of sandwiches but this place takes it to another level! This lovely area is called MBCO (founded by the Morentzos Restaurant Group who also manage hot spots like Eggspectations, La Queue de Cheval…)

They offer a very high quality ‘Euro’ style eatery! It’s not simple food, it is considered ‘bread art’! Let me tell you right now, it’s fancy alright that place but we (well I) love fancy!!!

When you get into the place, the decor is very clean and modern. The presentation of the food is so inviting, I always want to order way more than what my stomach is asking for! I have to honest the prices of the sandwiches are a little higher than what I usually go for BUT once you have taken your first bite, you understand why! IT is all about the freshness of the food! Once you pick you sandwich they prepare it for you, heat it up in the oven and when its ready the condiments have cooked a little and the cheese has melted…Divine! They also have the ‘lunch box’ so you can definitely stop by on your break and bring it back to work!

They pretty much have a flavor for any craving you might have! They are not only limited to sandwiches, they have breakfast sandwiches (lol ok that was a sandwich) , salads and pizza. They are also careful to mention the ones that are made with organic items, which is not all of them! Taking the time to write every item on the menu (click here for a complete menu) would be somewhat long but TRUST me, this summer you need to visit this spot and sit down on their small and lovely terrace to enjoy the sun and the pedestrians! I personally get the Cajun BLT style sandwich! It has savory bacon, realy shrimps,lettuce,tomatoes and a cajun sauce….ooooh I am telling you, everybody that I have taken to this place, has returned! I am sure some of them did it without telling me! ha!

The MBCO branch which stands for MONTREAL BREAD COMPANY is located on Stanley or in the Complexe Desjardins in Montreal but you can also find them in different airports and even in Dubai! I just love when a Montreal based company expands around the world! I personally go to the one on Stanley because they have a friendly staff and I always get a warm welcome!

So there you have it, antoher place to try this summer! Please make sure you squeeze in workouts in between all this food marathon because I intend to share MUCH more throughout the summer! For the ones on a budget, I have some great recipes created from the comfort of my home so you can surely have people over to enjoy a good meal.
