“Nails done, hair done, everything did”… yeah, we’re fancy, huh! – to follow the lines of artist Drake off his rightfully titled song “Fancy”. Gerardine and I are ready to hit the street looking fab in our dresses for an The Field MMVA pre-party, that a friend of ours was coordinating.

We arrive at the cocktail party, and it’s the usual – people talking, eating and drinking. I take a couple of pictures of the crowd and notice some nice fashion wins. And that called for some street style photoshooting. Here they are… (psss! do tell us what you think too!)

Off to the fellas now. With them, it’s all cool color combinations. Love it when men aren’t afraid to splash on color!

#LOVE Oliver’s mix of the light grey jersey cardigan and ocean blue tie
and khaki trousers. What’s with the blur on the shoes? Those are Nike
holiday samples that cannot be published. They’re on trial mode now.
Trust me fellas, if those are produced for the holiday, better pre-order
them because they’ll fly off the shelves!

#LOVE Willy’s neutral metal grey and white lining H&M jacket and
plaid red-white-mauve shirt from Dockers San Francisco. He paired
them with dark denim trouser.

#LOVE Michael’s look here is chicly casual with his Club Monaco shirt
and tie, Levi’s denm trousers and dark tan Allen Edmonds shoes.

#LOVELOVE the square shape of his plaid tie.

Though the last person featured here, she’s the first person I noticed there.  Tasha from MMVA nominated group Candy Coated Killahz. She such a cool girl!! She really loved my glasses and even tried them on. See it on the last pic of the set.

#LOVE Tasha’s see-through polka dot dress by ToxicVision, feather shoulder and
chain necklace by jewelry designer Gardé Del Avante. Her friend is
wearing a crips Hugo Boss suit. Sexy!
